Carie Frabotta

Phoenix - established April 1st, 2007

Lisa and Carie are co-chapter directors in Phoenix, The two friends first met while volunteering for a Phoenix Children's Hospital fundraising event, Matthew's Day, benefiting the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders.

Carie was instrumental to the opening of the Phoenix chapter of Flashes of Hope in 2007. Once Phoenix was established, Carie came on board with the National office for 2008 to continue launching chapters in the West and also assisted in the camp program. Carie currently works at Phoenix Children's Hospital as a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurse. She also stays busy running marathons for leukemia research and volunteering at camps for children with cancer. She enjoys yoga and art in her free time.
