3rd Annual Bachelor & Bachelorette Auction For Flashes Of Hope

Strike a pose and flash your smile and join WGIRLS Milwaukee for the 3rd Annual Bachelor & Bachelorette Auction as we spend a night among the stars to raise money for FLASHES OF HOPE, a nonprofit organization that changes the way children with cancersee themselves through the gift of photography and raises money for pediatric cancer research.

Your support will assist the WGIRLS Milwaukee in meeting our fundraising goal of $25,000 to support Flashes of Hope in building a Pavilion in the Hematology, Oncology and Transfusion wing of Children’s Hospital. The Pavilion will be decorated with large portraits of those who have participated in Flashes of Hope and will ideally bring comfort and hope to the families who are entering the unit. Flashes of Hope is a nonprofit organization that changes the way children with cancer and other life threatening illnesses see themselves through the gift of photography and raises money for pediatric cancer research. The portraits, taken by award-winning photographers, help children feel better about their changing appearance by celebrating it. For families of terminally ill children, it's especially important to have a portrait that preserves forever the beauty, grace and dignity of their child.
