As a 501c3 nonprofit registered with each state, we manage the legal process of establishing a chapter and complying with all IRS regulations. Flashes of Hope is structured with volunteer Chapter Director managing a local chapter and reporting to Flashes of Hope, Inc. When launching a new chapter, we provide complete training, meet with hospital officials, recruit volunteers and supervise the first shoot. Each Chapter Director is given all the necessary tools and supplies to run the chapter. The volunteer commitment averages 15 hours per month.
